GOLDEN CHAKRAS COLLECTION

Chakras are energy centers in the human body, each corresponding to a different level of consciousness; the Sanskrit word "chakra" means "plexus," "wheel," or "vortex." The lower chakras are connected to various earthly energies, while the upper chakras are linked to cosmic energies. However, all chakras transmit energy both upwards and downwards, thus connecting them all.

My passion for exploring spirituality and for a deep understanding of existence, alongside my continuous yoga practice since 2020, has naturally led me to create this collection. The idea of including the 8th chakra emerged at the beginning of 2024, after completing a course dedicated to chakras, in which I deepened my knowledge of each one and worked on them individually, including the Soul Star chakra. This experience felt like an internal update and filled me with inspiration and creativity, prompting me to enhance the collection, initially conceived and implemented in 2022.

Each of these chakras brings its unique energy, essential for a harmonious life, and the artworks in the "Golden Chakras" collection are designed to visually represent them and balance these energies in your space.

Basic information about chakras:

1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) 

I AM - INSTINCT 

*Located at the base of the spine, it is linked to physical security, survival, and stability.  

*When balanced, we feel safe and grounded. When unbalanced, you may feel depleted, hopeless, anxious, and fearful.

2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)  

I FEEL - EMOTIONS 

*Located below the navel, it governs creativity, pleasure, and sexuality.  

*Balance here stimulates creativity and healthy relationships. When unbalanced, you may feel lonely, experience uncontrolled emotions, insecurity, low libido, and a lack of creative ideas.

3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

I DO - ENERGY 

*Located below the ribs, it is associated with personal power, self-confidence, and willpower.  

*When balanced, we have the will, confidence, and control over our lives. When unbalanced, you may experience digestive issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, and a sense of losing control.

4. Heart Chakra (Anahata)

I LOVE - LOVE  

*Located in the center of the chest, it represents love, emotional balance, compassion, and connection. Here, you can connect with your soul and send out connection energy to others.  

*When open, we feel connected to ourselves and others. When unbalanced, you may feel pain, disconnection, hopelessness, and rejection.

5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)

I SPEAK - TRUTH 

*Located at the throat, it is the center of communication and self-expression.  

*Balance brings clear communication and honesty. When unbalanced, you may feel paralyzed, insecure, have thyroid or ear issues, and feel unheard.

6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)

I SEE - INTUITION

*Located on the forehead, between the eyebrows, it governs intuition, perception, and mental clarity.  

*When open and balanced, it helps us see beyond the material and develop our intuitive abilities. When unbalanced, you may experience headaches, lose focus, become judgmental, and have difficulty sleeping.

7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

I UNDERSTAND - CONNECTION 

*Located at the crown of the head, it is linked to spirituality, higher consciousness, and connection to the universe/divinity.  

*When open, we feel unity with all that exists. When unbalanced, you may feel confused, disconnected, depressed, and experience headaches.

8. Soul Star Chakra (Soul Star)

I EXPAND MY HORIZONS - ENLIGHTENMENT 

*Located above the head, at a hand's distance from the crown, it represents the connection with cosmic energies and the higher self. It is associated with spiritual enlightenment and the expansion of consciousness.  

*The 8th chakra is connected to the highest self and represents our direct link with the soul and spirit. It is the first chakra beyond the physical body, acting as an important gateway both within and beyond the limitations of the body.  

*When energy flows freely and is balanced, this chakra enhances our embodiment of spiritual wisdom—expanding consciousness. When unbalanced, you may feel a profound disconnection from your higher self, lack spiritual clarity, and experience stagnation in spiritual growth.
