My story and artistic journey
For me, art has always been a return to essence - a homecoming. Each time I create, or allow myself to be touched by art in its many forms, I feel freedom, joy, and a profound nourishment that speaks directly to the soul.
I am Andreea Daniela Marinache – independent artist and founder of EDEART. My professional path began in business and communication, but it is within art that I found my true voice and inner calling.
My artistic signature lies in the fusion of string art with the radiance of 22K gold leaf gilding. This concept, born from the desire to bring something new and authentic into the string art world, reflects not only my vision but also the balance between geometry, light, and symbolism.
Beyond this fusion, I have created the concept of personalized mandalas - unique works of art designed to embody one’s essence through sacred geometry, numerology, and the timeless elegance of gold. Each piece becomes more than art: it is a mirror of your identity in the fusion with your intention, energy, and beauty.

My journey did not begin with confidence, but with many doubts—until the day I shifted my perspective and let go of the belief that “If I haven’t studied art, I cannot be an artist.” I came to understand that art does not reside in diplomas, but in the passion with which you create, and in the ingenuity to transform ideas, concepts, emotions, and states of being into visual messages. When something is done with deep passion, it becomes art.
Creativity has always been my companion - I can truly call myself a generator of ideas. They come to me quickly and abundantly, flowing from experiences, emotions, inspiration, and vision. In childhood, this creativity revealed itself through choreography, performances, magazines, handmade objects, fashion design, and the small projects I would eagerly initiate. Today, that same creative energy has evolved and refined itself through the birth of my brand, EDEART.
As a self-taught artist, I study art history, the lives of great masters, styles and techniques, and I immerse myself in exhibitions, vernissages, and cultural events. One defining moment was my visit to the 2024 Venice Biennale - a powerful boost of creativity, inspiration, and confidence, and a profound confirmation that I am on the right path. There, I witnessed art expressed in unimaginable forms and discovered an artist who worked with threads of gold—a revelation that left an indelible mark on my soul.
I draw inspiration from seeing how other artists express themselves, and I deeply admire authenticity. Yet, the artist who inspires me most is none other than God Himself, through His greatest creation - LIFE.

Who I Am Beyond Art
I am a self-taught creator, passionate not only about art but also about personal and spiritual growth, complementary therapies, nutrition, wellness, healthy cooking, symbolism, photography, architecture and design, entrepreneurship, leadership, branding, and communication. One of the most profound revelations on my journey of self-discovery has been the Golden Equilibrium collection, born from my own life lesson: BALANCE.
Beyond string art, I have a deep love for music and dance. I was a ballerina in childhood, and today I express myself through contemporary freestyle, letting the harmonies of music guide my movements. I believe in the transformative power of frequencies to shift moods and elevate inner energy.
Nature and sport are vital sources of inspiration for me: mountain hikes, skiing, rollerblading, running, yoga, and badminton all provide freedom, joy, vitality, and a chance to reconnect with myself.

About the EDEART Brand
It all began in 2021, during a workshop in Săticul de Sus, where I intuitively created a thread design – and it was love at first sight, and first touch.
Since then, creating through string art has become for me not merely a passion, but a path of self-discovery and personal expression. Naturally, this led to the development of EDEART – an art brand that reflects my vision of beauty, meaning, and refinement, and that consciously promotes the integration of symbols into our lives.
Everything comes in its own time – and this journey has taught me to trust in divine timing.
EDEART – A Passion for Symbols, Expressed Through String Art and Gilding
The name EDEART is a fusion of EDEN, DEEA, and ART.
Eden is a symbol of perfection, balance, and pure beginnings. In biblical traditions, the Garden of Eden is described as a paradisiacal place where humanity lived in complete harmony with nature and divinity. Beyond its spiritual dimension, Eden becomes a metaphor for self-discovery—a return to the essence of the soul and to the connection with universal symbols that inspire us and can serve as guides along our path.
Through studying mental reprogramming and applying it to myself, I gained a deeper understanding of the role these symbols play in our lives. My symbolic artworks are not mere decorations; they carry energy and meaning. I always accompany them with explanations so that, when chosen consciously, their power becomes a living part of the space and of the life of the one who beholds them.

AUTHENTICITY QUALITY REFINEMENT
"For me, string art is not merely about aesthetics, but about the process: the moment when the thread finds its place, and the thoughts settle. Each line drawn is an emotion released; each symbol carries an intention. In chaos, it has brought me clarity; in silence, it has become my voice. I do not create solely for beauty, but because each painting is a journey—toward truth, toward balance, toward authenticity. A journey toward myself, and toward you."
The first artworks in which I incorporated gold leaf - the Golden Equilibrium Collection, where the central symbol is the YIN YANG, crafted from thread - serve as a reminder that balance is the key to a life lived in peace, harmony, health, and fulfillment; a success defined more by a state of being than by external achievements. The golden symbols, interwoven with the yin-yang, act as an extension of its symbolism, and I want these paintings to remind us that true strength does not lie in extremes, but in the harmony between them—just as the ginkgo leaf reminds us that longevity is built through a life in equilibrium, without excesses (the shared secret of the longest-living peoples on the planet).
Why did I choose to incorporate gold into my creations?
Gold appeared naturally in my work. For me, it is not merely about aesthetics; it brings with it elegance, refinement, luxury, and power. It symbolizes value, durability, and spiritual wealth, and in my pieces, it becomes the perfect complement to the powerful symbols I use. It is not just a decorative detail, but an element that elevates the entire creation to another level.
In some projects, I use imitation gold leaf (Schlagmetal), while in others I work with pure gold leaf. The latter is produced through manual and mechanical beating into extremely thin sheets, down to 0.4 microns, with a rich, luminous appearance. In EDEART projects, I use exclusively 22K gold leaf.
Numerology and String Art: Personalized Mandalas Created from Numerological Codes
Alongside my study of symbols, numerology is another subject that fascinates me. I have come to understand that numbers do not appear randomly; they are a subtle code of the universe, a language through which life offers us guidance. I observe them daily, particularly the master numbers, among which 888 is the most present for me. Each number carries its own vibration, and once understood, it can be integrated creatively in a way that supports us in the process we are experiencing.
This is how my concept of Personalized Mandalas, created based on numerological codes, came to life—unique works that are highly valued by my clients. They are the result of the fusion of string art and numerology.
The code I use to create a mandala is a personal creation, developed through my own study, and I have named it the PERSONAL CODE FOR MANIFESTING INTENTIONS. It supports the process of manifesting the desired intention through the lens of personal transformation and growth, which is translated into numbers using specific mathematical calculations. The code consists of 8 digits, and based on it, I select the colors and design the mandala (8 digits = 8 colors).
A personalized mandala carries the chosen intention and your energetic imprint, derived from your personal data, which I incorporate into this code. To generate it, I need your full name, date of birth, and the intention you want the mandala to embody. I use Pythagorean numerology to create this code. The first digit of the code corresponds to the chosen intention. It is calculated by adding the values of each letter according to the numerological (Pythagorean) table and then reducing the sum to a single digit from 1 to 9 (through the theosophical reduction method).
I usually place a natural crystal at the center of the mandala, though I can also incorporate other elements, such as gold leaf.

I organize creative string art workshops, currently for adults. I am open and available for collaborations on workshops—whether within retreats, other events that promote well-being, personal growth, or creativity, or at a suitable location.
